Hi, I’m Sarah.

My journey to health has been long and full of twists, beginning with my childhood in the Philippines. Growing up in a polluted city, surrounded by family members struggling with addictions, and facing nutritional challenges made things tough. Living on soda, processed foods, and dealing with constant migraines, brain fog, and painful menstrual cramps was my “normal” until I learned about true wellness much later.

After moving to the U.S., my health challenges continued. A flu shot once left me very ill, and a painkiller for dental work triggered an allergic reaction. It happened again after my first birth, leading me to the ER – I hadn’t even known I was allergic! Then, post-birth, I faced hair loss, skin issues, and chronic lower back pain. My husband’s journey to quit smoking led him to vaping, which came with its own concerns.

When COVID-19 hit, I was cautious about the vaccine, given my own reactions to past shots. My family’s life changed forever when my husband passed away in the pandemic. Losing him and facing blame from those who didn’t understand our story or our beliefs was agonizing. His death set me on a path to find natural solutions for myself and my daughters.

Thankfully, I discovered a powerful mineral and superfoods, which have given me renewed energy and strength to move forward as a widowed mom. I’m now sharing our health journey to recovery and healing.

As a licensed esthetician with a background in the beauty industry, a student of health certification, and an entrepreneur managing my own kids’ brand, I’m constantly learning ways to improve wellness naturally. My journey has shown me how deeply family health impacts relationships and lives.
